Shipping:
At Feathered Inc., we are committed to processing and shipping all orders as efficiently and promptly as possible. Once you place your order, it will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that shipments and deliveries occur on business days, which are Monday through Friday, and exclude major public holidays. All orders are subject to bank authorization before they are processed, and only orders that are successfully authorized and approved will be shipped.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unexpected stock levels or high demand, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to provide an update. At that time, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or choose to hold your order until we are able to fulfill it.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customer.care@featheredinc.com.au. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number for easy reference.
Please keep in mind that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We recommend sending your return through insured Parcel Post to ensure the security and safe delivery of the package. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
When returning any damaged items, please remember to include a copy of your packing slip. This helps us process your return more quickly and efficiently.
The estimated processing time for exchanges is 10-15 business days from the date we receive the returned items. For your peace of mind, we suggest requesting a delivery confirmation from the Post Office when returning products. This receipt will serve as proof of return and guarantee that you will receive an exchange, even if the package is lost in transit. The receipt will also confirm the date your return was sent and when it was successfully delivered to us.
